Frustrated!

I’m so frustrated! I maintained this week. I know it’s better than a gain, but I have been under my calories and exercising. I don’t get it.

Weight loss reboot

Last year was rough for me. I started strong with my weight loss and was down over 30 lbs. I got derailed when I found out I was pregnant. I was scared and excited. I have always wanted kids. It was hard when I start putting on a little weight each week. I know is what is supposed to happen. Unfortunately, the idea of gaining weight even for a good cause was tough to bare. I was just getting comfortable with the idea of being pregnant and gaining weight when I miscarried. I have never been so depressed in my life. I completely “fell off the wagon” and began eating my feelings. I gain about 15 lbs back.

Today, I am in a better state of mind and ready to get back on track. One of the good things from last year was I met a wonderful man and I have never been so in love. He not only supports me in my weight loss goals, but is doing it with me. He motivates and encourages me. We workout together and make healthier food choices. I am so glad to have a partner like him.

I turned 30 the end of last year. Now more than ever, I want to be health and happy with who I am. I’m back in action and ready to lose this weight. Who’s with me?

BLACK MARCHThursday, March 1st 2012 to Saturday 31st March 2012
With the continuing campaigns for Internet-censoring litigation such as SOPA and PIPA, and the closure of sites such as Megaupload under allegations of ‘piracy’ and ‘conspiracy’ the time has come to take a stand against music, film and media companies’ lobbyists.
The only way is to hit them where it truly hurts.Their profit margins.
March 2012 is the end of the 1st quarter in economic reports worldwide.
Do not buy a single record. Do not download a single song, legally or illegally. Do not go to see a single film in cinemas, or download a copy, Do not buy a DVD in the stores. Do not buy a videogame. Do not buy a single book or magazine.
Wait the 4 weeks to buy them in April: see the film later, etc. Holding out for just 4 weeks, maximum, will leave a gaping hole in media and entertainment companies’ profits for the 1st quarter, an economic hit which will in turn be observed by governments worldwide as stocks and shares will blip from a large enough loss of incomes. This action can give a statement of intent:
”We will not tolerate the Media Industries’ lobbying for legistation which will censor the internet.”

So true.

So true.

Weigh in Wednesday - it’s a loss edition

Starting Weight: 270
Last Week’s Weight: 247.0
This Week’s Weight: 246.0
Change for the Week: 1.0 lbs
Total Loss: 24

Woohoo, I am so proud of myself. I don’t know how I dropped a pound, but I will take it. I really needed something positive. I am really having a hard time staying focused. I will be honest, I am pretty depressed because of the miscarriage. I reached out to a counselor so I hope they call back soon. :(

My new tattoo. It’s a constant reminder that I am beautiful. I don’t need anyone to tell me what I already know.

Weigh in Wednesday - first weigh in since my return

Change for the Week: N/A
Total Loss: 23

Well, I am very unhappy with my weight today. I know I haven’t weighed in since June, but I am very disappointed with how much I have gained back. I am totally off track with my weight loss goals. It’s time to kick it into high gear in order to make my goal of under 200 lbs by my birthday, November 4.

It would really help if I had a workout partner. :-/ Is there anyone in Mesa, AZ that would be interested in a workout partner???
